The Making of Coliseum Arcanist

Full disclosure: I was paid to narrate these books. It’s my job. But I don’t make a penny more if this book hits the top of every bestseller list, and I don’t make a penny less if no one buys the book. The only dog I have in this fight is to hope that the series gets the attention that I believe it richly deserves.

Before we get to the videos (and if you don’t want to read this, just go ahead and scroll on down), I wanted to give a little background on this project.

I started narrating the Frith Chronicles by Shami Stovall last year with Knightmare Arcanist. It was one of the first paid projects I auditioned for and got as a voice actor.

I am truly enamored with this series and the characters. Shami has build a wonderful world filled with colorful characters, and it’s been a joy to be able to give them a voice.

We decided to produce this video series to give people a behind-the-scenes peek at what went into making the audiobooks, and the journey to book three. I hope you enjoy them. Both the paperback and audiobook versions will be available on February 17, 2020.

And please…read this series. It’s great.
